Sump Pump Pros in West Babylon, NY (New York)

Hired Harbor to fix a leak in my basement. The owner came an explained what he would do and recommended that I fix the problem via excavation from outside and not through a sump pump like what other basement waterproofing co. were suggesting. Did not need a sump pump according to Harbor bec of the water tables in my area. Saved a lot of money doing it this way and haven't had any leaks in the basement since then. Def. recommend this co. as they were honest and reliable.

The service tech came on time and explained the cost to fix my broken pipes and what I needed to do in the future to prevent another similar problem. As for value for money, it is hard to tell because I didnt shop around, I just needed someone. Ben Franklin contacted me to do the job which my former plumber didnt do when I contacted him 3 times to come and fix the problem. The plumber came prepared to keep my house clean with a rug and slip-ons over his shoes. He was very courteous and professional.

I found Erik Torres a true professinal. He was clean, came with cover tarp to lay out in the kitchen floor (for install of an outdoor faucet thru the kitchen piping). I called on a Friday, he came Saturday. I am certain he is representative of the company's overall performance. I shaded slightly the Value for Money mostly because I hate to part with it.
