I need all exterior work done from framing, windows, siding, and tin roof. I am a handyman and will handle interior, exterior is outside my scope. Need the permit pulled and drawings rendered (or free-hand it idc), but I have a photos for inspiration from a neighbors house that is virtually identical. I am still in the budgeting/planning phase but want to pull the trigger once winter is over, 3 months away from selecting a contractor. I may have other exterior work such as stucco repair, painting, and building a deck.
