Howald was upfront about the possibility of needing to replace the entire natural gas system in the basement if one patched leak led to another discovered one. That happened. A $250 "fix one leak" job turned into a $1025 "replace all gas lines" job, which they were honest and upfront about. I feel okay about it because the existing gas lines were original to the home! 1 year warranty on the installed corrugated lines for 3 fixtures/appliances."
