Mark quickly laid out the options I had (repair/resurface vs. complete tear out) for my existing 20-year old asphalt driveway and explained the benefits and pitfalls of each of the two methods. From the research I had done on my own, Productive Asphalt was one of the few local asphalt companies that was willing to do a "proper" repair and resurfacing job. The quote was fair (not the cheapest I received, but very competitive) given the work being performed so I went with them. Install day (communicated 2 nights prior) was painless. Crew was on time, neat, and did a very good job. The owner, Mark, was onsite the entire time. Personally, I have found that having the business owner working/onsite typically ensures a higher quality of finished product. I doubt I'll be needing the 2-year warranty given on the work.
