they were very congenial and very familiar with the special problem that I HAD. They went out of their way to make sure all was good. THEY WERE NOT ON TIME, but told me upfront they might be late , but finished the job.. I HAD TO GUIDE THEM, BUT THE FOLLOWTHROUGH WA GOOD ON BEING NEAT.. THE OWNWER WAS VERY EXPERIENCED, HIS HELPER NEW===AND YOUNG, SO RELATING TO OLDER PERSON WHO IS PARTICULAR WAS HARD FOR HIM. HE WAS VERY HONEST WHICH WAS IMPORTANT, WHERE TWO OTHER COMPANIES JUST WANTED ME TO THROW OUT MY SYSTEM AND SELL ME SOMETHING

There was some problem in making our first appointment, but the tech was right on time for the make-up schedule. On the job he clearly knew what he was doing and did the job quickly. The price seemed high for the amount of work performed but the vendor does need to protect himself and the job could have been more time consuming. The price was established before hand so there was no surprise.
