I liked the idea of the staff being there when I noticed a flawed on the workmanship. They were willing to send someone to have it corrected as soon as possible.

Expensive for the time/labor involved considering I had to purchase all items used and new flooring in bathroom placed over existing flooring, so no removal involved. I would recommend getting additional estimates. Did a good job and professional, competent , knowledgeable and considerate.

Jay and his crew did a great job. He was receptive to all our concerns and provided good suggestions and ideas. His crew was neat and clean and professional. Jay's flexibility was remarkable. He was there when ever a part of the project was being done. We found Jay easy and comfortable to work with and would use him if we have another project.
