We contracted Prentice General Contracting to design and build our screened porch. John Truman worked with us through several revisions with patience and professionalism. The craftsmen were polite and skilled and worked full days until it was finished. They also did some things which were not part of the contract, such as putting up the hooks for our porch swing and installing a ceiling fan which was not a part of the original plans. Would have provided 5 stars for quality but found the excavated materials were not removed from beneath the house. To my surprise, the contractor showed up and started working one day without advising me of their schedule.
