I was amazed with the speed, quality, and cooperation of JDV Associates. I had the property rehabbed after a tree fell on the house. The house had been neglected for almost forty years. JDV supplied all the services needed from roofing, framing, landscaping, painting......The whole nine yards. The property is now the pride of the neighborhood. Jim is eager to please and satisfy his customer and will work with you to accomplish what is needed within the budgetary restraints. Overall, Jim and his team did a great job with my project. They paid attention to details and made sure I was happy with how the project looked. The project ran into a couple of delays, although some of the delay was outside of Jim's control. The project is pretty much complete as of now, but I'm still waiting on a couple of minor open items from him. Will update once they are resolved.
