Paul was very prompt in responding to my request for furnace work. He was very professional in evaluating the problem and giving me options for solving it. Repair and replacement options were presented. I decide on replacement and Paul was able to get the new furnace installed the same afternoon. All went very well and I would recommend Five Star without reservation.

Installed on 4-4-2013. Paul was great to work with. Worked hard to get the Goodman furnace and AC in in one trip. I thought the price was very reasonable and time will tell about the quality of these units.
