Comment: Roof on my home was replaced in May 2011 and now we are experiencing water leaking from the ceiling in most every room, from one end of the house to the other. The roofing company we used to replace the roof warrantied the workmanship for 5 years and the roofing shingles for 30 years. We started experiencing water spots and drip from the our ceilings so we call the company that replaced the roof in May 2011 to come out and have a look in order to evaluate the leaks we started appearing on December 23, 2015. After leaving numerous messages for whom we were told was the owner, Jim Higgins, we finally received a return call. Jim did in fact come out to my home, looked at the water spots on the ceilings and view the roof. He reports no damage or leaks were found and therefore didn’t know what or how to make a repair in any particular area and suggested just putting some sealant in a few areas on the roof and see if the leaks stopped.
