Comment: I am selling my townhouse and the home inspector check the panel box and said I had a double tapped circuit breaker in my panel, so I took off the panel and there were two wires in one circuit breaker. I had two empty breaker with no wire in them, so I move one of the wires to one of the empty circuit breaker problem solve. I had a military electrician do the job, but he is not license by the state of Hawaii only by the U.S. Military.But the Realtor is saying I need to have a Hawaii license electrician to do it and provide her a receipt is this correct.
