Comment: I am hoping to do the laundry room and utility room floors in my basement. The laundry room floors have never been painted. The utility room floors were painted in the past, but the paint is very worn (and some patches were never painted where the previous owners painted around their furniture). I am hoping to have them sealed and painted a specific color. Furthermore, if you are able to paint the previously-painted (but peeling) concrete block walls in the utility room (room about 234 sq ft), I would be interested in that as well.
