Comment: We rent the carriage house behind our main house. In the carriage house, a light fixture quit working last week. I took down the light and tested the wires and found that there IS still voltage, but it was very low. I tried installing a new fixture, but that didn't work. The light still won't turn on. I need an experienced electrician to help troubleshoot and fix the problem. Additionally, I may in interested in one additional project for the carriage house (depending on budget).
