Comment: Recently we had a leak in the cold manifold of our house, just after the main shutoff valve. It wrecked about 10 sq. ft. of carpet in my dining room, and a small amount of drywall had to be removed to gain access to the pipes (about 6 sq. ft.) of wall. I need a quote for the drywall patch and for wood laminate flooring to be installed. For the wood laminate flooring install I need a quote for 1)just the dining room, 2)the dining room and the kitchen, 3)and for the dining room, kitchen and family room to have wood laminate installed in. The wood laminate quote is what I'm most concerned with as I think I may be able to do the drywall myself but for the right price I'd have the drywall done as well as potentially painted. So I'd need a wood laminate flooring guy, a drywaller, and possibly a painter. A general contractor that can handle all of these things is what I would prefer. Comment: Reposessed log cabin home close to Raccoon Lake. Floors are just abused with light water damage around toilet. Hickory floors on main floor and pine in upper loft area. Needs sanded, stanied, etc. Brought back to original color. Haven't been taken care of properly in 20 years. My family built this cabin 20 years ago, it was sold, not taken care of and we are remodeling it ourselves. Also need basement floors epoxy'd. It is a small to medium size cabin, completely empty, power is on. Floors are nice but needs done by an expert since we don't want burn marks etc by running a big sander. Needs done asap so we can complete the rest of the cabin and use this summer

Comment: 80 year old oak wood floors that had never been stained or finished .some of the wood floors have been sanded and stained successfully with natural 209 stain then a satin sheen placed on top -two coats. Needed the remainder of the floors to be sanded,stained,and treated -what remains to be done are: 4 small closets,a stairwell,stairs,a small landing/hallway at top of stairs,one small bedroom. Also ,new oak wood floor needs to be installed, sanded ,stained and treated to match the existing floors ,located in: the downstairs living area and the small upstairs bedroom area.
