Comment: I asked my husband to put a raised garden in the back yard for me using lumber and he got the brilliant idea that he wanted to use brick. I resisted, but he wouldn't budge. After making a COMPLETE DISASTER of my back yard he decides he doesn't want to do it anymore and we should hire someone. He tore everything up and it has been sitting for a while, so there are piles of weed laden dirt everywhere. The grass wasn't very good to begin with but now it is completely destroyed (I am also considering options for the rest of the lawn as well but can't spend a lot at once) I don't want anything fancy I just want my backyard in liveable condition again. I have no idea how much it is going to cost me so I don't know if I can afford it yet or not but if I can I want it done as soon as possible.
