Comment: 7 years ago I had vertical blinds done by Budget Blind in Cleveland. Several of the blinds have broken and seem to be irreparable. I would like to see if there is a solution to this problem, or another window treatment. Also, I had vertical blinds in our bedroom done, and they were done incorrectly.
