Comment: Home was a rental - is vacant and will be available to be re-carpeted June 1. It is a nice $600,000 home with original carpet (20 years old). So original builder grade and not all that special. But we want decent carpet for the price of the home to help sell - without spending more than we need to. Renters had a dog that we've heard may have pee'd and left urine smell, so areas may need kills put down. No furniture to move, so easy that way. Remove old, place kills where necessary, and install new mid-grade padding and carpet.
