Comment: My daughter has a contract to purchase a home in Mills Branch in Kingwood. The home inspector, Don Davison, found several problems that require a consultation with a structural engineer. The upstairs floor is sloped and there is a dip in the ceiling over the living room perhaps caused by improper framing or design. Also there are some issues with the brick chimney and some cracks in several walls and a skylight.
