Comment: house was built in 2006-07 with hardy plank siding. having some issues with water leaking at the top of windows. I noticed gaps in the siding and read about how this was a normal building practice. I'm thinking this might be the cause as the leaks occur infrequently and during heavy winds. what I need to know is what are my options? and the cost of these options. on a tight budget. Thanks
