Comment: Electrical – October 2012 I had a problem with electrical power in the master bedroom. The outlets in the bedroom run on two separate circuits. For explanation purposes I will call them Circuit 1 and Circuit 2. On Circuit 1 are 3 outlets with dual sockets. I was not able to use one of the three outlets. Then I had a problem with the other two outlets - now all 3 were unusable. I called an electrician and after he found the cause in Circuit 1, he told me the problem was due to the fact that a nail was erroneously nailed into the wire behind the base board and he was surprised there was never a "fire in the walls" over the past 20 years or more due to this issue. I had use of the 3 outlets again (so I thought) because about 6 months AFTER the problem was “fixed”, it happened again - same outlets – no power. Circuit 2 has 1 outlet that has 1 socket and this socket supplies power to 2 surges. Surge #1 is plugged directly into said wall socket and supplies power to
