Comment: Replacing a 16 x 18 foot deck that is low to the ground. Have 2 steps to ground but rest of deck is low enough that railings are not needed. I do have want a 3 foot wall on back side replaced with decorative medal rods. I think the footings are ok so only surface of deck should need replaced. I have a small gazebo like structure that is still in good shape. Wood will have to be cut around that. It held a swing beforehand.
