Comment: We already have a block wall about five feet high along the back yard separating our property from the neighbor. This wall would just connect at that wall and continue on about five feet to the front of the house--about 25 feet, then lower down to about 3 feet out to the street. Probably close to 50 feet. There is no concrete foundation to build the wall on.
