Comment: We found damage under the front door and behind the large brick stairs to the front door. The stairs have to be torn out in order to replace the sheathing on the house and a new front porch needs to be installed. We want to change the entrance from a small uncovered porch to a large covered porch with room for seating. In addition, we have projects we will continue to look to have completed such as finishing the back sunroom to make it a mudroom/kid's TV room and a partial completion of the basement.
