Comment: Bought a 1700 sf Manufactured home in central Oregon (Redmond) noticed it had a pad and an outline from what I see was a heat pump or A/C unit and a separate power lead from a power box on the pole. I suspect the original unit was stolen during the two years that the property was in foreclosure. We are moving into the property this Fall and would like to put a heat pump back into the property. I haven't investigated if there is a heat element still in place or the brand of electric furnace I do know it's a downdraft unit and will get further info if needed next trip up to the property.
