Comment: This home has a "walk out" basement so in back of the home, you are at "basement" floor level. The outside patio on the 1st floor (above the basement walk-out) collects water which stains the paint. We want a gutter run along the edge of the patio (on the 1st floor) to stop the water from running down and staining the wood work along the edge of the patio.
