Comment: We are an Apartment complex looking to get a pricing bid for kitchen and bathroom cabinets for 5 occupied units per quarter. We are looking for cabinits that best match the ones we already began remodeling. The Cabinet type were looking for is solid wood/Coronet Honey. These are all 1 bedroom apartments. We need the bid to include the cost of demo of the current cabinets in place. Our maintenance handles removal and reconnect of appliances, plumbing, electrical, & like any drywall repair/alteration, paint & plumbing (sinks, faucets, supply valves/line). Our budget per unit is about $3,000. Were looking to do 5 cabinets per quarter giving us a quarterly budget between $13-15,000.
