Comment: A pipe within an interior wall provides water to an external faucet. That pipe has frozen multiple times and has been "repaired" twice. Again the pipe froze and burst last year, while all other pipes surrounding the house are fine. The exterior spigot closes water to the burst section, so only leaks (into house) when spigot is turned on. Off now. I would like the pipe replaced, insulated, and a new spigot.
