Comment: I live in downtown Oswego - My house is 70+ years old. In June I ripped up the carpet, padding, etc. For 70+ years old - the floors are in tact so instead of getting carpet laid back down I wanted to restore the beauty. I hired a carpenter to replace wood where needed. I have stripped 3 layers of stain, bleached what may have been pet stains and and sanded for over 3 months. I planned to finish the job completely myself but am overwhelmed. I'd like a quote to finish the sanding, buffing and staining, and trim. It's a small house, but whole upstairs. Family/living room and 2 bedrooms. I'd like it done as soon as possible.

Comment: We have hardwood floors on the house we just purchased and were never sealed. We would like the polymer to be installed properly that I put down this week and or sanded down to natural wood and refinished a different color. It is about 1000 square feet maybe less including stairs.
