Comment: A bit of roofing repair (That's where the origin of the problem is!), Breakfast Nook ceiling, kitchen ceiling (Both textured), upstairs bathroom major repair (Ceiling redone completely & ceiling is separating from wall as the roof leak [Again, "The Origin of the Problem] continues EVEY hard rain. Also, The dryer vent is a 'fire hazard' (The City Inspector came out to inspect the new Hot Water Heater, which is20 ft to the left of where you'd walk into the back of my finished basement, asked me to turn a light on $ his EXACT comment was, "Who in the hell did this? (Referring to the dryer vents Which are to the rt!). The crew that installed these vents used WAY TOO MANY "Elbows" so each & EVERYTIME I do a load of clothes, lint gets trapped in 1 of the 3 (The Inspector pointed out) 'Elbows' & simply sits & builds up there. I worked in the Roofing, Siding, gutter, Industry w/a 97% closing rate as I've always been in sales. This
