Comment: We removed an old gas stove and a partial half-wall and now have to replace some of the floor - approx. 50 sq ft. Our current flooring is engineered oak 4 1/2" wide x 3/4". I am looking for someone to give suggestions on the best way to fix this. It's hard to find the width and exact color to match my current floor so thought about getting a color that was very close and need to know if someone could sand and refinish it to match. AT this point I'm still looking for the flooring - hoping to get something unfinished but so far no luck. PLEASE HELP.
