Comment: We would like to finish the attic area above our garage to be a bedroom. The garage is attached to the house and we would likely make an entrance to the area from the second floor. There is a possiblity that the roof would need to be raised since the floor of the attic area sits about 2 feet below the floor of the second floor. The roof is an A-frame that is about 10 feet high at its highest point.
