Comment: Our home has wood siding. The previous owners added a sunroom and did not add gutters, so the water hits the sunroom roof and splashes on the second floor wood siding causing an entire section of rot that need to be removed and replaced. We also have a variety of wood rot spots around the exterior that need to be repaired. There is also a section of flooring in the sunroom that needs to be repaired.
