Comment: Project description: Exterior main entry needs touch up. Another exterior door trim on the second floor needs sanding/refinishing because paint on some parts of it are peeling. Interior baseboards need to be caulked and painted/touched up on the main floor, on the staircase going up and on second floor which has 3 bedrooms. Also, random paint touch up throughout the house including the finished basement. We have some left over paint in the basement - which can be used for this project. If we need more, we need to discuss how much more paint is needed and make arrangements. I am flexible with timing and with the right estimates and bids, I am ready to make a decision and start as early as Tuesday 5/28. Thanks, xxxx
