Comment: I am Treasurer of the Dover Art League. We have a major problem of rain water runoff not properly exiting the second story roof via the gutter and downspout. We believe the problem area (gutter seam line) is somewhat visible from the alleyway on the eastern side of the building. Currently, rain water flows down the outer brick wall into a wood window frame then to the inner wall and onto the hardwood floor. The problem has existed for over a month and continues to cause further damage. Art League business hours are Wednesday - Friday 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. and Saturday 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
