Comment: All work is in first floor of condo in converted 1880's Victorian, except for one small pane in basement window. The latter is a broken single pane that needs removal and replacement with puttying. In the unit itself, all 17 windows are wooden with 2 sashes plus storm windows. The tops are painted shut throughout, as is one bottom window as well; they need to be loosened so they can be fully operable. lowered. One bottom sash opens well only part way and needs to open all the way. Two broken ropes need replacement. The wood at bottom of one lower sash is rotting and needs replacement. Two windows each has a boken upper window pane (one is new glass with just one pane at top; the other is older glass and has side by side panes at top). There is an unusual problem in a window in the living room: the storm system was screwed in before 4 screws were taken out from the casement and the storms need to be lifted off, and 4 screws either removed or pulled back slightly so the part
