Comment: Slate flooring put in, adding an island, taking out a wall. Renovating most of the kitchen with counters, cabinets, fixtures, lighting. If by chance you do siding I am also going to need to put up vinyl siding if you do that. Otherwise will just take quotes on the kitchen remodel.
