Comment: We have galvanized guttering that is rusting out. We have clogged downspouts and one downspout that has come off the house completely. The drainage system as currently designed is not working (i.e. no splash guards at the base of a valley and so the water just shoots off the house, irregular formations that don't seem to be as efficient as they could be, one gutter and downspout that appear to be providing no use whatsoever).
