Comment: I'm trying to refinance my first and 2nd mortgage together. My home used to be considered a mfg home. They home has had the tongue, wheels, and placed on foundation. It meets all Oklahoma codes for being able to surrender the title, which has been done. The county and the insurance company views it as a single residence by the appraisers keep wanting to apprise as a mfg home, therefore banks won't loan on it. I have been told there is a law for Oklahoma that covers how an appriser is to handle the homes. Can you please tell me something about this law or where to find the law?
