Comment: Clothes washer drains into Utility sink which drains into a long pipe that runs outside and elbows down and under the driveway. I tried snaking (manual snake) the line and got in about 10 feet. I am looking for immediate snaking of line (ie: with power snake) and longer solution of plumbing a new line into the main...which presents some challenges since the washing machine and utility sink basin level may be AT or BELOW the level of the main (which is a fair distance away and under the living room floor). This is a rental home...tenant just moved in.
