Please remove me from your e-mail list. I contacted you for a contractor to fill some travetine tile. I am not at all happy. The workman showed up late on Saturday and gave me a bid 1 1/2 times what I was quoted over the phone. He was to late to perform the repairs. We re-scheduled for Tuesday and he called 30 minutes after the appointment to say he would not show due to problems on another job. I am reluctantly giving him one last chance on Thursday but have no intentions of using ServiceDisaster again. Please take me off of your list!

Only if you do not clean them bi-annually

David Lupberger demonstrating clogged gutters: "Hi, I'm David Lupberger with ServiceMagic.com. Today, we're going to talk about the value and importance of keeping your gutters and downspouts clean. What we're going to do here in the next couple of minutes is show you what happens when a gutter or downspout gets clogged.
David Lupberger: You'll see I've purposely clogged the downspout. And I'm gonna come in and let the water start running to fill this gutter up. In 90% of the cases, when there is water in someone's basement, it's due to improper drainage. As you can see, it fills up very quickly. And once it fills up, there's no place for it to go but over the edge of the gutter. And this is exactly what happens to many homes after a long winter when the gutters are filled with leaves. That water is running over the gutter and falling, in many cases, to the base of your foundation. Often times, people have water in their basement because the drainage is improper. So when your gutters and downspouts are clean... here's what should happen.
David Lupberger: The water cleanly falls into the gutter, goes down the downspout ... and you'll see there's a 4-foot extender. Because make sure the water is taken at least four feet away from the base of the foundation. By extending the water 4 feet from the foundation, your basement will in most cases stay dry. In cleaning your gutters, this is really a comfort and safety consideration. Even on a single story home - if you don't feel comfortable getting up here, hire a pro to do it for you. The whole purpose - make sure these gutters are clean, make sure it's done safely and make sure it's done correctly.
