Bill was in my house in 2 hours. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He is a very nice person and explain everything. His assistant is also very nice.

If I ever needed a service like this again I would definitely hire Bill Montross again! He explained the problem to me and told me just how he would remedy it. Told me the price which was very reasonable and I had him do the job....
