Very quick to respond to the request for an estimate. Very informative with the process and the price was reasonable they offered to send certificates of insurance. There was no pushy sales for unwanted work but they did point out other areas where work is needed for the future for us to keep an eye on. Working with a local company made it very personable. The crew did a great job with making contact with me before, during and after the job was complete . The clean up was great and the yard, roof and other areas looked better than before they arrived. ( hardly a wood chip was left)

It went perfectly. Two of the trees were very large and I couldn't imagine how they could be taken down safely; however, the team got right to work and before long, both were down. The crew protected the lawn and work area from damage from their equipment. They cleaned up carefully after the work was complete. The crew also did an extra little trim on one tree and cut a few round pieces of the larger tree as I wanted them for stepping "stones" I highly recommend Complete Tree Service.

I was actually laid up from surgery when William came out for the assessment, but nevertheless he came into the house (with my permission) and explained the quote. When the crew showed up shortly thereafter, they were professional and extremely effective. Fair price, great work!
