"We have had a good deal of work done by South Pacific Concrete and Landscaping. From retaining walls, stairs, sod to in-ground sprinkler systems, stucco, and decorative brickwork. I cannot speak highly enough about the work they have done for us. At the beginning of each project, they spent time with us discussing what we wanted to do, what the cost would be, and how long it will take. We live on the side of the hill and did not have much of a yard. Thanks to them now we do. It s not that they just gave some level ground though, it looks fantastic. "Rocco and team completely renovated our backyard, replacing a couple of old, cracked, concrete slabs and some dirt/grass with a paver patio, seating walls, artificial turf, a pergola, and spotlights. Rocco was excellent to work with. He was very clear in his communication about schedule, materials, etc and helped tremendously in the design of the project. The only issue we had was discovered after the project had been complete for a few months, when the rains returned. The drainage outlet was too close in elevation to the patio drains, and water was pooling on the patio. A quick call with Rocco got that fixed quickly.
