He is accommodative even the scope of work changed and he can help to get additional materials (of course the cost went up but still reasonable). His team is courteous and work pretty fast. I had to get all the materials in time for them to work. The results are pretty satisfying at the end. The only thing (for me as well) is to communicate what to complete in details so that there is no things left behind. "I will start off by saying I think I might be the only person in history to say that the renovation went perfectly and I was happy with everything. Let me explain. Wanted a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Efren (the owner of Nunez Construction) and he had an energy that made us realize that he was experienced and also was open to some new and interesting ideas. He promised the project would be done in 5 weeks - it ended up being 5 weeks and 3 days - essentially on time. The work was flawless and beautiful. He added little flourishes like saddles made of quartz and shelves in an area where a cabinet would not fit. Additionally the measurements from the get go were perfect - the cabinets were the right ones from the beginning and everything fit perfectly in the space on the first try. There were a handful of additional costs - custom shower door, glass cabinets for a bar we built and the appliances (not included in the contract price). All in, Efren stuck to his price, time frame and promise of quality work. Everything from the craftsmanship to the painting were impeccable. What I also appreciated about him was that we stayed in communication with each other from the start. If there was an idea that we presented to him that wouldn’t work in the space, he would let us know and suggest a viable alternative. Great collaboration. Will definitely work with him and his crew again. Already recommended to friends and neighbors."

"This is the second project we had Nick do in our house in 10 months. This time we remodel the main bathroom and the kitchen. For kitchen, new granite countertops were installed over the original cabinets as well as new custom backsplash. Both came out great! I must note since Nick custom cut out the space for the cooktop on-site, there are no annoying seams around the cooktop that I have seen in many other homes. Attention to details is definitely Nick's strength. For bathroom, we replace all the plumbing, countertop, vanity mirrors, lights, hardware, and toilet. New wall and floor tiles were also installed. Just like the last project, Nick and his team did an expert job in remodeling the bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the results. Frameless glass door was also installed over the tub that display the wonderful tiles. Nick's price is extremely competitive and his service is the best in the area. He let you use his contractor's discount with the local suppliers where you purchase the materials directly without any markup (and get exactly what you want). Quality of the tile works is truly superb that we are really impressed. His crew cleanup the work area at the end of each day during the project and keep everything neat and clean.
