"Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! Ralphie explains everything in detail and has shown us as the owner of AR AIR CORP IS HE HONEST AND RELIABLE , I will highly recommend AR AIR CORP to my neighbors and friends and put their Business card in HOA CLUBHOUSE . "House has base board (boiler) heating system and wanted whole house AC. After consulting with Neal/Duane choose a Bosch 2 ton AHU w/35k inverter. Also had them add a surge protector because of the frequent power surges/outages in the area I live in rural area (Oswego county). Duct work needed to be installed which added to over all cost in materials and labor. Another factor was I had them add in the heating section of the system as the cost was minimal to the over all cost and now have a backup heating system. Work was done timely with little interruption. All was cleaned up afterwords and Duane did a little touch up work on the sub-contracted duct work. Used a Smart thermostat for the installed heat pump and later replace the boiler thermostat w/ a smart thermostat as well which allows me to control/monitor all heating and AC systems remotely. Very glad and satisfied I went with Prime Heating and Air ."

He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time.
