"Our Plumbing and Heating team discovered that our Boiler vents were blocked. Paramount repsonded with priority same day service. They investigated and confirmed the blockage. They also confirmed the chimney terracota liner was disintegrated. Ryan performed the work with his assistant, and Scott was the dispatcher that managed the project from the home office. Both were very easy to work with. We had a new double walled stainless steel liner put in the same day and all the vent pipes cleaned they resused material where they could, and replaced the others. We had the chimney capped as well."

I had so much trouble finding a company in Boston that would do residential cleaning and finally stumbled upon Shawn on HomeAdvisor. The before and after state were remarkable. I plan to have Shawn come back once a year to help with general upkeep. I didn't realize how dirty my hood/vents were until after he cleaned them. The oven looks news. Prompt, courteous, friendly, patient, listens & explains the process of whatever you need along with cost of job. His pricing is totally reasonable! I needed gutters cleaned of all debris & he was able to do the work that day (6/5). Tim raked leaves & pine needles after flushing, plus bagged & removed the debris from lawn. Also pointed out areas that need repair or those that may cause future problems. I highly recommend Tim & I WILL - without a doubt - call him for future work. He deserves more than 5 stars. Don't hesitate to @ least call for estimate. By the way- Tim does NOT attempt to sell ANYTHING!"

They arrived on time (actually they were a few minutes early), and cleaned our gutters thoroughly using a pressure washer. All the trash was removed. Eric made notes of problem areas (e.g split downspouts) and suggested solutions with complete pricing info. Professional from start to finish. Very happy with the service and job.
