"I hired KNM to remove and replace the ceiling in my garage. They did a wonderful job...stayed late and returned the next day to finish. I also had them do some electrical work which I am very pleased with. Pleasant guys and good attention to detail. I plan on having them back to do some painting and floor work soon. I would highly recommend this company."

"The dealer/owner is extremely pushy and aggressive in closing the sale. His workers' showed up at my door without prior notice advising they are ready to start the work. I should have taken this as a clue. I had to tell them to leave because I had not reviewed any documents etc. I found out that the dealer had not gotten the permit prior to starting the work. This is in spite of the dealer/owner telling me he had. (Another red flag). The dealer kept pushing me to sign papers so he could get paid even though he had not completed the work. I asked him not to paint the deck until after the issues regarding the permit and inspection had been completed. He painted the deck anyway. Then persisted in pressuring me to sign so he could get paid. When he finally said he completed the work, there were wood knots in several boards. He offered to patch it up with paint and I told him no. He became agitated and had the audacity to tell me that he is calling the police on me for theft of service. He was trying to intimidate me into signing papers so he could get paid. The gall of this man advising me that he would call the police in my home and premises. I offered to call the police and he then backed off. I had to call my male friend in order for him to do his job properly. He backed down when a male advised him that his work was lack luster--wood knots. board with splinters sticking out. I was not thinking as I would have ordered him out of my house for trespassing. When does a person think they have the right to threaten you in your own home. I am certain that I was overcharged for this deck $10,000 for a 17 x 17 feet deck. This was a horrible experience and I will never work with this contractor again."
