"Epic did a 1st rate job! My 11 year-old PT Wood deck showed signs of rot. They gave me an initial estimate and we signed a contract, 60% due at signing, 40% upon completion. It included a DETAILED Scope of Work list. As work began they found more damage. Each time more damage was uncovered, they gave me an Additional Work Order, 50% due on signing, 50% due upon completion. Each AWO contained another DETAILED LIST of what was being fixed. 4 AWOs were required in all, The process took 12 calendar days (minus 3 day weekend and 1 Sunday), net 8 work days total! I paid NONE of the Upon Completion payments until the work was finished and I was happy. They followed up the next day to see if I found anything that was not done right. I gave them one item to finish, they did that within 2 days. It was a beautiful upgrade from old, stained PT wood decking to TREX! I am VERY satisfied!"

over. He called me back with the estimate within an hour. After I gave
him the go ahead and the agreed up front money he told me when he would
start. He started on time and did a very good job. There were a couple
of things that we had not specifically discussed, such as putting some
extra support under one end of the deck, which was needed,  that he did
without me asking and without charging extra.  I am very satisfied with
his work and am already lining up the next project for him.

The owner visited and checked on progress throughout the day, and the foreman and workmen that stayed here worked diligently and professionally to complete the work exactly as requested. They were very considerate of not disturbing us or our pets any more than necessary, and kept us informed throughout the project of what they were doing and what would be next.
