"Our oil burner began emitting Carbon monoxide (CO) early one morning and stopped working. We called several repair services and no one called us back in a timely manner. We found AB Castello's on Angie's List, completed the Angie's List form and Desmond from AB Castellos called us immediately. Robert arrived less than an hour later. The first thing he did when he arrived was check for CO emissions. He then determined that our 16 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Later that day we received an estimate via email, had all of our questions answered on the phone, and arrived the next morning prepared to remove and replace our furnace. Desmond and Robert worked all day, into the evening, in order to install the new furnace. They were determined not to leave us one more night without heat. They were very polite, pleasant, neat and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company should you need service of any kind. Their response time was better than almost any other contractor we have hired, and their work excellent. They also cleaned up very well before leaving our home, and were very careful as they carried equipment in and out of our house. I cannot speak highly enough of them"

Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left. In conclusion, thank you Kyle for being genuinely you; kind, courteous, and professional. "Called for a furnace tune up before turning heat on for the season. Fair flat price and quickly available. Felix was efficient and knowledgeable and gave me advice for ongoing maintenance. Another company was charging by the hour and said it would be at least an hour, hour and a half which does not line up with my past experiences having a tune up done."

"The entire process was flawless. In the proposal stage, I was given 4 options detailing prices and differences in each option in great detail. There was also an explanation of why I needed a chimney liner. We signed the contract and work was started almost immediately. I was contacted via text and email with a description of all the techs being dispatched including photos and background information. The techs arrived as stated. My furnace was over 50 years old and in poor shape. The job site was prepared and all the old components were removed leaving the site as clean or cleaner than when they started.
