March 10 & 11, 2020 was an exciting day for our household. It was bathroom demo and installation
day. Two weeks earlier our Maxtrix (Ballard the owner) Sales Rep Christopher P came over to take measurements and discuss our selections,costs and put the plan in motion. Christopher Parkhurst explained in laymans terms all of our questions we had for him. Our crew (Greg the lead) were so polite, respectful and knew what they were doing from taking out our 1969 tub, walls to the studs, window kit, new fixtures and the plumbing.
The final day Sales Rep Christopher stopped by to see the progress and
how pleased we were. The work crew cleaned up as they went along and took away the construction trash with them. Raymond and I plan to use this company (Maxtrix Bathroom Systems of Michigan) (owner Ballard) again in the future for new home windows.

Alec Q was an awesome salesperson! Very knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy. Josh F did an awesome job installing my bath fitter tub. Was on time, fast, cleaned up after himself, highly professional and went the extra mile to recaulk areas in my tile for free. What nice young men! Made the purchase and installation effortless!
